Very nice location! Card very small! Staff (only the head waiter with wallet and order terminal) not reasonable! Really rude and educate yourself on something else!

A super nice monastery. The surroundings of the monastery and the farm shop are very beautiful. Our drinks and food were served very quickly. All the waiters were very attentive and nice. The wine was very good, but I wasn't expecting this otherwise.

Very nice winery that is located in the old Marienthal monastery. Delicious tarte flambée and good wine. We liked it very much.

Ideal for a stopover on a hike or for a direct visit! Both the furnishings (especially in the beautifully landscaped garden with a view of the ruins) and the surrounding area offer a perfect basis for a stop. In addition to many different local wines, the very tasty tarte flambée are recommended. However, I could imagine that depending on the time of year it could get quite crowded and that it would be difficult to get a seat. We were there in October and despite the bad weather the beer / vineyard was already very full.

Great location; great wines (cheap but not cheap !!). The tarte flambée are the highlight here!

We were there for the first time today and certainly not the last time. In the inner courtyard of the old monastery you can sit completely relaxed with a view of the vineyards. Delicious wine and an appealing offer for those who are hungry. The staff is very friendly

Great restaurant with a wonderful ambience. Unfortunately totally overcrowded and they haven't been able to set up a space management for years. This then leads to the fact that you wait at a table and while people slowly get up, other people sprint from 20 meters to sit down on the other side and grin at you stupidly. Since the waitress really doesn't care, another loyal customer is annoyed.

Very nice building with a pleasant atmosphere. Good wine and menu. The dishes are freshly prepared and the taste is very good. Friendly and attentive staff. Good price and performance ratio.

Beautiful location, very good food, but the most unfriendly employees in the entire Ahr valley .... Absolute understanding that a Saturday is stressful and it takes longer. But if you haven't even ordered after 30 minutes and are ignored or yelled at by third-class temporary workers, if you dare to ask if you can order something, then that's going too far. It's nice if you can afford it and still have enough customers - unfortunately not us anymore.

Very nice destination, hearty menu and drinks menu that actually keeps what is promised. Very friendly service and impressive advice on the wines. We like to come back with friends and recommend the location with a clear conscience.

There is nothing to complain about. I bought some bottles of Federweisser here, with appropriate advice. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. The next day of the visit has already been decided.

The location is really nice and many of the employees are super friendly. Unfortunately, our positive mood was ruined right at the beginning by a very unfriendly and sloppy waiter. The relevant employee could neither give us a friendly answer to a simple question, nor did he continue to make himself popular with us with kindness during our stay. This is a real shame, as the rest of the team seems to be friendly and the general mood from one individual employee suffers so much, which means that, despite the great location, we will not come back.

Bought plenty of wine and brandies. With the very nice weather today, I would have liked to try the food and drinks in the monastery courtyard ... but unfortunately all tables were taken. Because of Corona, a small number of individual tables was enough to run out of space. It's a shame because the atmosphere is unique. The young lady at the sales counter was very friendly, let us try everything that interested us, and finally the prices were also quite moderate. Toilets ok, the parking lot a bit nooks and crannies, but available. We liked ....

Highly Recommended! Both the tarte flambée was delicious (and, if requested, modified so that it was without dairy products) and the wine selection was inspiring. In addition, you sit outside really idyllic

The winery has a great ambience, the tarte flambée was large and very tasty. The drinks were there within a few minutes. If I ever come to the area again, a visit here shouldn't be missing.

Lovely ruins, nice garden, great waiter who suggested some wines, wide variety of wines. There were some wasps, but as you could expect on a hot day in august. Defintely recomment!

Unique ambience combined with delicious food and drinks, located directly on the Ahr. You are probably never alone here, but with this beautiful place that is no wonder. Definitely worth a visit if in the area!

The vineyard is located in an old monastery. The atmosphere is just lovely, the ‘Flammkuchen’ in many different variations really tasty and the wine ... well, you have to taste it yourself, a wide variety of wines from the region (Ahr) and there will definitely be more than one sort that does fit your taste. It’s such a beautiful location we will definitely come back!

Beautiful place and breathtaking landsview. You can go along the winery garden and enjoy yhe fresh air and clean atmosphere here. After long walk you can visit the original Kloster Marienthal winery and taste the wines. You will enjoy the beautiful taste and aroma for this wine. You can also take your lunch and dinner here. They have meals with very good taste.
